Renewals of your domain

We are going to change our policy concerning renewals of domain name(s) and hosting. We always paid for your domain name and hosting in advance so both got renewed without a problem. After the renewal we send out our invoice to you to get our money back. Unfortunately the bills are staying unpaid and we are losing money. This leaves us no choice to change our policy about renewals. All domain names and hosting which are due to renewal will get a notice from us with the amount due, if the amount is not paid 2 days before renewal date your domain name will be lost, also your web site will be not longer on the internet.

 

Holidays

We will be on holidays from the 14th of June 2010 till the 5th of July 2010. In case of emergencies you can sms/text us on our mobiles, also we will check our e-mails but not on a regular basis. GraFreckle Web Design wishes all her clients a good Summer Holiday.

 

Office Closed

On Friday the 28th of May 2010 our office is closed to Monday the 31st of May. We will be back on Tuesday :-)

 

Security Update CMS

At the moment we are doing a major security update of the CMS systems for our clients. If you see something strange on your site please contact us. It will take a couple of days to update all the sites.

Update 30-04-2010: we have finished the work today. All sites should be working fine, if not please mail us.
