1 - Think of an appropiate domain name for your web site. Would you like a .com or a .ie or whichever you like. Try to keep the domain name as short as possible, some will type it in the browser by hand. 2 - Let GraFreckle check if that domain name is still available. If it is, GraFreckle can order it for you. 3 - GraFreckle will help you to choose the right hosting package for your web site. The size of the hosting package needed is dependant on a lot a factors. GraFrecke can help you out with this and will order the package for you. 4 - Try to sort your contents into web pages. This will show how many web pages you will want or need. GraFreckle can help out if you get stuck. Aside from this, you could give GraFreckle an impression of your wishes for your new website, what you like about a web site and what you don't like about a web site. If you don't have an opinion, you could leave this up to GraFreckle. 5 - You gather photographs and text (the contents for your web site). The design of an original web site is mainly dependant on the material that needs to be processed. This makes the contents of great importance in designing your web site. 6 - We go to work, we start designing your web site. The design will be put on a test-place on the internet for you to view. Of course we won't finish processing until you have approved of the design. 7 - We finish your web site. Of course you will get to see and test the result of our work before it goes online officialy, on your own domain. 8 - Your web site goes online! 9 - After a few days to weeks the search-engines will have found and indexed your web site. GraFreckle uses all types of tools to attract search-robots online and to achieve the highest ranking in (i.e.) Google. For an even better result we would advise that you get your web site linked in as many other websites as possible. Write to the webmasters of those other web sites with the request to get linked, often they will request to return the favour. 10 - Try to keep your web site "up to date" as much as possible. You are free to update the web site yourself but of course we can also maintain the web site for you. TIP: Also read "What do I need for a web site?"
